NGAA Policy Webinar Series #3: National Housing and Finance Investment Corporation

National Housing and Finance Investment Corporation (NHFIC) CEO, Nathan Dal Bon, presents this Members-only webinar.

Nathan will talk members through NHFIC’s two streams of work around infrastructure finance and community housing loans – both of which have the potential to fund elements of new housing developments in growth areas. Nathan is keen to connect with local government and encourage applications from NGAA member Councils and their project partners.

NHFIC’s two streams are:

• The $1 billion National Housing Infrastructure Facility Finance which offers concessional loans, grants and equity investments to help support eligible enabling infrastructure projects in new housing developments including electricity, water and sewerage, telecommunications and transportation.
• Affordable Housing Bond Aggregator loans which are available to registered community housing providers with the goal of providing cheaper and longer-term secured loan finance for community housing by issuing bonds in capital markets.
