The Penrith Advocacy Improvement Journey won the 2019 NGAA Award for Excellence and Innovation in Advocacy. Nathan Burbridge and Rachel Pagitz from Penrith Council will speak about the methods that have helped develop a culture that embeds advocacy in Council’s activities and interactions at all levels and led to around $6.5b in funding gained in 2019.
